Adds GarageHQ S3 storage and OpenCloud:

  • GarageHQ (ncsa/garage): S3-compatible object store at s3.nanoclaw.d39s.de, 10Gi Longhorn PVC, single-node layout
  • OpenCloud (opencloud/opencloud): cloud storage at cloud.nanoclaw.d39s.de, uses GarageHQ decomposeds3 backend, 10Gi Longhorn config PVC

Includes documentation of the Helm 4 template patch required for the OpenCloud chart.
